From arson to prison recall, the four individuals are all being sought by police.

Michael Young is wanted for arson with intent to danger life.
The 28-year-old has links to Blackburn.
He is described as a white male, five ft five in tall of medium build with light brown hair.
Leonard Perkins is wanted for prison recall.
The 19-year-old has links to Hyndburn and Blackburn.
He is a white male of medium build, five ft seven in tall with light brown hair.
Dale Watts, 29, is wanted on prison recall.
He is a white male of slim build and stands at five ft seven in.
He has links to Burnley.
Ryan Ashe is thought to be in either Burnley or Blackburn.
He is wanted for Burglary and is described as an Asian male of slim build.
The 26-year-old is five ft 10 in tall.
