Car seized and driver reported after taking 'his girlfriends car for a spin'
A CAR was seized in Blackburn after a driver had no licence and insurance.
Lancashire Police Tac Ops tweeted about the incident this afternoon.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "This VW Scirocco seized from Temple Drive at Blackburn after driver found to have no licence or insurance, having taken his girlfriends car for a spin.
