A DISQUALIFIED driver used his car to move his property during a relationship breakdown.
Blackburn magistrates heard police did a computer check which showed the car being driven by Naveen Usmarn Hussain was not insured.
And when he was stopped Hussain admitted he was banned.
Hussain, 28, of Knotts Lane, Colne, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was fined £120 with £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge and his licence endorsed with six penalty points.
Hussain, who was not represented, said he was going through a relationship breakdown and on the day had used his car to collect his belongings and take them to the temporary accommodation he had obtained.
