EAST Lancashire business bosses have been invited to an online seminar of trading after Brexit.
Three speakers will explore how to export and import from January 1.
The Clayton Business Park-based Lancashire Chamber of Commerce will use a secure Zoom platform for its next International Trade Club meeting on September 17.
John McGrane, director general of British Irish Chamber of Commerce, will highlight the opportunities in Ireland and explore Brexit implications including the future trading relationships between Ireland and Great Britain.
Seamus Leheny, policy manager, Logistics UK (formerly Freight Transport Association) will bring particular focus and expertise on all things related to the island of Ireland
Liam Smyth, director, trade facilitation, British Chambers of Commerce, will give an update on the progression of the transition period and border controls ready for the change.
There will be dedicated question-and-answer sessions with all three speakers.
