53-year-old David Tibbs has been reported missing.
A MISSING person appeal is underway after 53-year-old David Tibbs was reported missing last night.
Police say they are increasingly concerned about his welfare.
Mr Tibbs is described as a white male, of slim build and usually wears a baseball cap but his current clothing is unknown
He usually travels by pushbike and has links to Colne, Nelson and Manchester.
Any sightings of Mr Tibbs should be reported to police by calling 101, quoting log 1607 of 16/08/2020.
