A PERSON was treated for smoke inhalation during a house fire in Blackburn on Friday morning.
Crews from Blackburn helped along with paramedics helped the person who had entered the house, which was empty, at 1.30am on Temple Close.
Watch manager Steve Morley said: "The cause of the fire is unknown and will be investigating it.
"We used one hose reel and four breathing apparatus to put out the fire.
"The house was empty but a person was being treated for smoke inhalation as they broke into the property to make sure no-one was in".
