THE body of a man in his 40s was discovered in Tottington after police were called to a property at the weekend.
The man's body was discovered on Sunday in Hall Street.
Emergency service vehicles were spotted outside The Victoria Walshaw after being called out at around 12.15pm.
Police said that there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances in the man's death.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "Police were called around 12:15pm on Sunday 2 August 2020 to a report that the body of a man had been found in a property on Hall Street in Tottington.
"Emergency services attended and sadly found the body of a man believed to be in his 40s.
"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a file will be passed to the coroner."
