A MAN who thought he could walk from Blackpool to Blackburn along the railway was arrested for trespassing.
The drunk man decided to try his luck when he realised he didn’t have a train ticket – or the money to buy one.
However the offender didn’t even reach Layton before he was arrested for trespassing.
A spokesman said: “A drunk male who didn’t have a train ticket, or money to buy one, decided to try and walk from #BlackpoolNorth to #Blackburn along the railway.
“He didn’t reach #Layton before he was #arrested for Trespass. He’s been released under investigation as we look at delays to services.”
