ACCOUNTANCY apprentices at Blackburn firm PM+M have passed with flying colours, with one dedicated apprentice achieving the first-ever distinction awarded for the qualification.
James Cocker, Rebecca Nuttall, Anya Fallon and Connor Meadowcroft all completed their Blackburn College Assistant Accountant Apprenticeships at the Greenbank Technology Park-based chartered accountancy, business advisory and wealth management group.
The distinction went to James Cocker, who will now go down in Blackburn College history as the first apprentice to achieve such a feat on an accountancy apprenticeship.
He said: “I am incredibly proud."
