A man who is believed to have stolen some expensive Lego from a B&M bargains store is being sought by the police.

Officers in Colne are asking for help to identify the man in the CCTV image after a set of the children's interlocking bricks failed to be paid for at the town's discount retailer.

The incident happened on Thursday and a spokesperson for Colne's neighbourhood policing team said: "Do you know the person in the CCTV?

"He seems to like expensive Lego but we suspect he failed to pay for it from the B&M store in Colne.

or ivan.hartley@lancashire.pnn.police.uk."

Police are also asking anyone who sees or reads this appeal to avoid naming the man on social media or otherwise.

Anyone with information should contact the police quoting log reference 724 of July 30.
