Zoopla estimates that the average property value on this street is £416,539.
One of the most expensive properties on Lambley Bank sold for £780,000 in 2018 and it currently has an upper estimated value of £968,000.
The seven bedroom property also has a high estimated running cost of around £2300.
Eden Mount
The average property value in Eden Mount is £396,835- but one property in the area sold for £470,000 in 2016.
Another expensive property on the street has an upper estimation value of £593,000.
Wellgate, Scotby
According to Zoopla, the average property on this street is £394,496.
One four bed, two bathroom property sold for £485,000 in 2013 and one of the most expensive properties on the street has an upper estimate of £656,000.
