Police are concerned about the whearabouts of 33-year-old Andrew Fowles.
POLICE in East Lancashire have issued a missing persons appeal for 33-year-old Andrew Fowles from Blackburn who was last seen at 7am on Friday June 17.
Mr Fowles also has links to Hyndburn and Burnley.
He is described as a white male, slim build, with short strawberry blonde hair, a dimple in his chin and a web tattoo on the top of his arm.
His clothing was unknown at the time.
Anyone with any information about Mr Fowles should call 101 and quote LC-20200718-1297.
