SEIZED: Uninsured car which didn't stop as traffic light was changing to red
A VEHICLE was taken off the roads overnight after officers patrolling a town discovered it was uninsured.
The driver of the red car also sped through a green to amber traffic light in front of officers.
A spokesman said: “Another uninsured vehicle off the road by the Burnley Neighbourhood Team! When the traffic light turns from green to amber, it means stop not speed up! #BurnleyNPT
