A MAN who failed to provide police with information about the driver of a BMW driver, alleged to have committed an offence, has been fined by Bolton magistrates.
The case against Leo Wertheimer, aged 61, of St Anns Road, Prestwich, was proved and he was fined £660 plus £151 in costs and charges and six points were added to his licence.
