A WOMAN called police in the early hours of the morning and asked them to remove her partner because he had been injecting drugs and had become aggressive.
Blackburn magistrates heard David Talbot initially left the house when asked to by police but then threatened to go back and "kick off" after they had left.
Talbot, 43, of Pringle Street, Bacup, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £50 to keep the peace for 12 months.
Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said the police were called at 4.15am. Talbot answered the door and said no one had called them but when the officers went inside his partner said she didn't want him there because he had spent all their money on drugs.
"He was shouting and arguing with her, demanding his money," said Mrs Yates.
"There were two children present while this was going on."
Talbot told the court he had not sworn.
