DETECTIVES investigating an assault are looking to speak to a heavily tattooed man who has a portrait of Jesus on his neck.

Brian Threadgale is wanted by officers in connection to an incident which took place on Manchester Road in Haslingden at around 8.30pm on June 2.

The 33-year-old is originally from Oldham but thought to be in the Manchester area.

He is described as 5ft, 5in, of stocky build, with short blonde hair, which is shaved at the sides.

He has several distinguishing tattoos, including a full sleeve on his left arm, the words “deadly sins” and a cross with two praying hands on his right arm, a picture of Jesus’ face on the right side of his neck.

He also has a picture of a bird on the left side of his neck.

DC Carl Guest of Lancashire Police said: “If you see this man, or know where he is, please don’t hesitate and get in touch with us immediately. I would also remind anyone who is assisting him that it is an offence to harbour a wanted person, so if you have information, you need to let us know.”

Anyone who sees Threadgale, or knows where he may be, should email 4169@lancashire.pnn.police.uk or call 101. Alternatively contact independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
