A DRUG dealer caught with cannabis and an anxiety medication must wait until later this year to hear his fate.
Saif Khalid Ali-Al-Temamey, 21, was detained by police with the cannabis on March 19 last year, Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court was told.
Temamey also had alprazolam, an anxiety treatment, when he was searched, the court heard.
He pleaded guilty to offences of possessing class B and class C drugs with intent to supply.
Prosecutor Justin Hayhoe said the defendant was being summonsed to court for similar offences, dating back to April and May last year, which would need to be considered first by magistrates.
His defence is expected to be that he was influenced by others around him at the time, the court was told.
Judge Bernadette Baxter remanded Temamey, formerly of Whalley Road, Whitefield, but now of Horwich Street, Tottington, on bail until August 15.
