HERO paramedics have been thanked by a family after their baby had to be taken to the hospital following a choking incident.
The Scottish Ambulance Service shared the story of seven-month-old Dylan, from Cumbernauld, on their social media accounts.
It is understood that paramedics Ashley Tewkesbury from Cumbernauld station and Stephen Miller and Iain Fraser from Coatbridge station assisted the tot during the 999 emergency.

In a post on Facebook, the Scottish Ambulance Service said: "Thanks very much to mum Claire for getting in touch to say thank you to Ashley Tewkesbury from Cumbernauld station and Stephen Miller and Iain Fraser from Coatbridge station.
"Her seven-month old child Dylan old had to be taken to hospital after a choking incident.
"Claire, of Cumbernauld, dropped off some goodies to thank the crews, along with Dylan and Macie.
“I never got a chance to thank the paramedics who dealt with my little boy. I didn’t get a chance to get their names with everything going on. I wanted to show my appreciation.”
"Great work by the crews and good to see young Dylan doing well!"
