Skip fire: Firefighters tackled the blaze just after 8pm last night
FIREFIGHTERS extinguished a domestic skip fire on Accrington Road, Burnley last night just after 8pm.
Four fire engines from Hyndburn, Padiham and Nelson arrived at the scene at around 8:03 where the fire involved a skip within domestic premises.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatuses, two hose reels and one main jet to extinguish the blaze.
They remained at the scene for around an hour.
