More than 100 cannabis plants, including 77 in an attic and bedroom, were found when police searched a house in Steiner Street, Accrington, on Wednesday morning.
The men, aged 30, 22 and 37, and the 30-year-old woman have been released under investigation.
A police spokesman said: “We received information about a cannabis set-up in Steiner Street, Accrington.
“When we attended we found three males, a female and a cannabis set-up. The electricity meter had also been bypassed.”
Elsewhere, police found a room full of cannabis plants when they searched a house in Hayes Lane, Oswaldtwistle, yesterday morning.
