A SECOND man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with a shooting incident in Ormerod Street, Accrington, on Sunday.
Kieran James Bolton, 22, of Glenluce Crescent, Blackburn, was charged with possessing a gas powered BB gun with intent to enable Hughie Lock to cause Adam Kidger to believe unlawful violence would be used against him. He also faces two charges of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. He was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court where he will appear on June 4.
Hughie Lock, 26, of Dyson Street, Blackburn, appeared before the court on Monday charged the firearms offence, damaging a car belonging to Mr Kidger and a car belonging to Sylvia Howarth.
Miss Howarth is Lock’s former partner and she is the current partner of Mr Kidger.
