AN appeal has been launched to find a missing teenager from Oswaldtwistle.
Anthony Fawcett was last seen around 8pm yesterday (Tuesday, April 14) in the Wham Brook Close area.
The 16-year-old is described as white, 5ft 7in tall, of slim build with short, dark-brown hair. He was wearing a black jacket and ripped blue jeans at the time of his disappearance.
He has links to the Accrington and Nelson areas.
Police are very concerned about Anthony’s welfare and are appealing for information to find him.
PC Laura Hyland, of Lancashire Police, said: “Anthony’s disappearance is very worrying and we are launching an appeal to help find him as soon as possible.
“I would urge anyone who has seen him, or knows where he is, to come forward immediately.”
