Two people have been arrested after fleeing from the scene of a crash which left a car overturned.
The incident took place on Monday afternoon at the junction of Pot House Lane and Roman Road in Darwen.
Two people are believed to have made off from the overturned vehicle, which had crashed into the brick wall of a residential property.
Emergency services including an ambulance and fire crews were called to the scene, and police later reported they had made two arrests.

A spokesperson for the Tac Ops team posted on Twitter: "TacOps Drone Team assisting Blackburn Police with reports of two making off from an overturned vehicle in the Darwen area.
"Happy to report two detained and on their way to custody to be dealt with."
