TWO men refused entry to a Burnley town centre pub responded by smashing windows.
Blackburn magistrates heard Bashir Ahmed told police he had drunk too much vodka and tequila.
Ahmed, 64, of Leeds Road, Nelson, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a glass door pane belonging to Neil Wilkinson.
He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £132 compensation, £85 costs and £21 victim surcharge.
Andrew Hey, prosecuting, said police were called to Kelly's Bar where they found Ahmed and another ma, both heavily intoxicated, causing trouble because they were refused admission.
Ahmed punched a pane of glass causing it to smash and the other man kicked another.
Waseem Choudhary, defending, said his client was sorry about what happened on a day when he had far too much to drink.
