Officers want to speak to 23-year-old Cameron Couper, of Whitworth, who is believed to have taken part in the incident at the Corner House pub, Sherbourne Road, Blackpool on Sunday February 16.

It is believed that a confrontation first occurred at the pub at around 9pm, after which a group of men left the venue before returning some time later and violently assaulting a 24-year-old man.

“He is believed to have links with Blackpool and the East Lancashire area.”

Mr Couper is believed to be staying in the Blackpool area and is 5ft 7 tall, of slim build, with blond hair usually worn in a top knot, but which has possibly now been cut off.
