Spice bags
A WOMAN who had 17 bags of 'spice' with her has been arrested in Blackburn.
Police arrested the woman in the town centre on Sunday.
A police spokesman said: "PC Lougheed and PCSO Roberts from Blackburn town centre neighbourhood policing team have arrested a female who was in possession of 17 snap bags of spice.
"We understand that spice use in the town centre is a big issue and it is something that will continue to be targeted."
