A KNOWN drug user was ordered to leave Royal Blackburn Hospital where he had been a patient, because his behaviour was "up and down".
Blackburn magistrates heard Mohammed Patel became abusive and refused to leave the hospital where he had been a voluntary patient.
He told staff he was a member of Al Qaeda and he would get his "terrorist boys" to sort them out.
Patel, 37, of Whalley Range, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to causing a disturbance on NHS premises.
He was fined £120 with £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
Michael Alexander, defending, said his client, who had been on the ward for five days, had no recollection of the incident.
"He has a chaotic lifestyle and clear psychological problems," said Mr Alexander.
