The Lancashire Telegraph have been looking at the wonderful pancake making skills going on in East Lancashire homes.

Henna Quraishi - Blackburn
Ms Quaraishi went for the strawberries, blueberries, and nutella option, creating a beautifully looking pancake.
She said: "It was pretty fun to make actually, the family enjoyed it too!"
Matt Starkie - Oswaldtwistle
Meanwhile, Matt Starkie has been getting to serious pancake making business, with three made on the go.
He said: "It's the only way I can have one, and gives me the best chance of getting in front of the kids while eating them."
Natalie Owens - Clitheroe
Over at Sugar and Layer Cake Company, owner and baker Natalie has been serving pancakes all day at her cafe in Clitheroe.
She said: "Homemade American style pancake stacks have sent everyone flippen crazy today!
"We have been busy bees in the pink palace, serving up everything from honeycomb oreo.
"We make pancakes all year round, so if you missed out today, pop in any time to get your fix."
Mohammed Rayann - Blackburn
Mr Rayann has spent time and effort into this aesthetic looking combination.
