OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

ROBERT JAMES BENNETT, 26, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on December 3. He was ordered to continue with the order and have treatment for drug dependency as a non-resident for 12 months.

TAFFYN JASON BETNAY, 29, of Benouville Close, Oxford, was fined £1,000 after admitting failing to comply with the unpaid work requirement of the community order made on March 26 by Oxford Magistrates Court on October 5, October 12, October 19, October 26 and November 2.

DAVID BANNISTER, 53, of Rochford Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of using a mobile while driving on Victoria Road in Bicester on July 12. He was fined £220 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.

GAVIN JAMES JUSTICE, 42, of Townsend Sqaure, Oxford, has been fined £710 after being convicted of driving without third party insurance and a valid test certificate on October 3 on the A34 southern bypass road in Oxford. He has also been ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge fee of £66. His driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

WALDEMAR KRUK, 40, of Overbrook Gardens, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on Watlington Road in Oxford on June 4. He has been fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence has also been endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER MARTIN, 33, of Mason Grove, Witney, was convicted of driving without third party insurance as well as driving without a valid test certificate on Abingdon Road, Standlake, on July 2. He was fined £506 in total and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GRANT THOMAS QUICK, 26, of Oaksmere, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at a speed exceeding 30mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 North Way, Oxford on October 8. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

PEDRO RONZANI, 21, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, was convicted of driving otherwise in accordance with a licence on Oxford Road in Cowley on August 8. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.

NICOLAE ROSCA, 29, The Paddocks, Bampton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on the A40 in Witney on July 8. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ADAM WHITE, 32, of Sorrel Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving otherwise in accordance with a licence, an endorsable offence, as well as driving without third party insurance on Bickerton Road in Oxford on September 18. He was fined £120 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

USMAN AZAM, 39, of Sherwood Place, Headington, admitted driving at a speed exceeding 35mph in a 30mph zone on Upper Woodcote Road in Caversham on May 15. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER LEES GREGORY, 29, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving on Cotswold Crescent on November 12. He was 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without third party insurance and driving otherwise in accordance with his licence. He was fined £360 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 16 months.

JULIAN JOHN HARRISS, 50, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted possession of a cocaine, a class A drug, in Banbury on November 22. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He must also forefit the drugs to be destroyed.

MARCUS ORMOND JAMES, 42, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting two men at Speedwell Street, Oxford, on November 26. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £40

Maximilian OMAR KAYUM, 27, of Windrush Tower, Blackbird Leys, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Elizabeth Jennings Way, Oxford, on November 26. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

KIM ANNTOINETTE KILEKAS, 46, of Campion Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on June 26 in Rose Hill, Oxford. Had 93 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KERRY LOUISE WHEELER, 37, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted drug driving with cocaine in her blood on June 20 in Kidlington as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SANDRA BARWICK, 62, of White House Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order between October 24 and 31 by failing to attend appointments and between October 21 and December 9 by making calls to emergency services without reasonable excuse. She was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

JESSE JAMES BILLINGHAM, 21, of Castle Close, Benson, admitted two counts of assaulting a woman in Sutton Courtney, Abingdon on July 16 as well as one count of causing criminal damage to a mobile phone belonging to the woman. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90, court costs of £310 and he must obey a restraining order against his victim.

Ali KHAN, 24, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted two counts of assaulting a man in Oxford on February 23 and April 17 as well as stealing a camera to a value unknown belonging to Oxfordshire County Council on February 23. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
