A BURNLEY special school has been closed for the day after a flood - after a student set off the sprinkler system.
Bosses at the Rose School in Greenock Street shut the whole school for years 6-11.
The reason for the closure is that the 'sprinkler system was set off by a pupil and several rooms and the corridor are flooded.'
The school have posted on their Facebook page - "School will be closed on Thursday 13th February due to essential site works. We will reopen on Friday 14th February."
