A NEW corporate finance director has been installed at a leading East Lancs accountancy firm.
Peter Kelly has joined PM+M with 20 years experience as a deal-maker, starting out with Grant Thornton.
His new role will see him working alongside the firm's corporate finance partner, Jim Akrill, primarily advising owner-managed companies on transactional and strategic matters.
Jane Parry, the firm's managing director, said: "Peter is a commercially-minded finance professional and we are delighted that he is now part of our team."
Mr Kelly added: "This is a fantastic firm with real pedigree so I am excited about my new role. My focus will now be on growing our reach and presence...by building on the credibility and first class reputation the firm is so well known for."
