RESIDENTS at a care home received a special guest yesterday as a Shetland pony visited.
The Homestead in Carterton welcomed therapy pony Harry and owner Emma Hinds.

The care home is spread over three floors and Harry visited residents on each floor, travelling in the lift.
Kay Hickinbottom, volunteer coordinator at the Homestead, said: "The residents absolutely love animals and it was wonderful to see the joy on everyone’s face."
