A man has been charged with robbery and murder after the death of Mark Fisher in Accrington.
Joseph Hindle, 45, of Woodside Road, Huncoat, is due to appear before Blackburn Magistrates’ Court this morning.
Louise Henwood, 33, also of Woodside Road, has been charged with robbery and assisting an offender. She will also appear before magistrates this morning.
Police were called at shortly before 1pm on Sunday (Jan 19th) to a report that a man had been stabbed at an address on Edleston Street in Accrington.
Officers and paramedics attended the address but despite their efforts the man, Mr Fisher, 33, who lived at the house was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

A Home Office post mortem examination gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
