BLACKBURN town centre’s ‘Cafe with No Name’ will be relaunched on Friday February 7 with its new title revealed.
Its new bosses Matt and Jo Hunter will unveil a revamped ‘modern British’ menu devised with head chef Laura Palmer at the ground floor premises in Cathedral Square.
They will also reveal the new name for the former Cafe Northcote which is a closely-guarded secret.
Mr Hunter said: “We are introducing some additions to the menu but some favourites from the old cafe will be retained and there will be a set lunch menu as well. We believe people will find it welcoming and offering good food at a reasonable price.”
The new menu will be launched at lunchtime at the eaterie in the new Blackburn Cathedral clergy court.
It changed hands after the Northcote businesses were bought by Britannia Hospitality.
