AN Aston Martin and Audi parked across two spaces at a supermarket and a Mercedes on double yellow lines blocking a junction.
Daily Echo readers have been sharing more pictures of bizarre, bewildering and bad parking spotted across Dorset.
The reader who sent in a picture of the Aston Martin and Audi at Sainsbury’s supermarket in Ferndown said: “Christmas Eve is naturally busy for last minute shoppers and hard to find spaces. So not the best time to bring a high end Aston Martin and Audi R8 if you plan to take up more spaces than necessary."
The Highway Code says: “You MUST NOT wait or park on yellow lines during the times of operation shown on nearby time plates (or zone entry signs if in a Controlled Parking Zone).”
“Double yellow lines indicate a prohibition of waiting at any time even if there are no upright signs.
“You MUST NOT wait or park, or stop to set down and pick up passengers, on school entrance markings when upright signs indicate a prohibition of stopping.”

Pavement parking
A ban on pavement parking could be introduced. But we want to see your pictures of some of the worst instances near where you live in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the rest of Dorset.
