Milnthorpe
MILNTHORPE'S display of Christmas trees over the festive season was "disappointing", Milnthorpe Parish Council was told.
Cllr Roger Bingham described the contractor's arrangements for installing the trees as "incomplete, unprofessional and lacking in safety precautions".
He told fellow councillors that a comprehensive review was needed for Christmas 2020.
