A car hit a central reservation, closing a road for more than an hour.
At around 5.30pm on Saturday, emergency services were called to Helmshore Roat at the junction of York Avenue in Haslingden, after a car crashed into the central reservation and damaged some bollards.
Police closed the round for just over an hour, while fire crews made the car and scene safe, and ambulance crews tended to the male driver.
A fire service spokesperson said: "The car hit a central reservation after turning the corner and coming out onto the road.
"When we arrived the man was being treated in the ambulance by the paramedics.
"It's not believed his injuries were serious."
The road was reopened at around 7pm.
