Police called to suspicious incident in Ribble Valley
A MAN was seen touching himself inappropriately in Clitheroe.
Police officers would like to speak to the man above in relation to the incident which took place in Clitheroe Cemetery in Waddington Road on Sunday, December 22.
A police spokesman said: "We want to identify this male in relation to a suspicious incident that occurred in Waddington Road, Clitheroe.
"We believe the male in the photo could have information which will help our enquiries, if you know them, or have any information, please contact police on 101 or email 8707@lancashire.pnn.police.uk quoting log reference LC-20191222-0379."
