A DRINK-driver crashed into cars while travelling the wrong way along the M6.
Police were called to Forton Services near junction 23 at Lancaster after a man had crashed his car at around 7pm on Wednesday.
A police spokesman said the man was travelling south on the northbound carriageway and hit two cars before stopping.
The spokesman said: "Male on route to Royal Preston Hospital, other drivers will have minor injuries thankfully.
"Any witnesses should contact the police."
