CHILDREN at a primary school were treated to a Christmas surprise by a housebuilder.
Miller Homes brought a dose of festive cheer to the children and teachers of Lammack Primary School, close to its new development, Millrose, in Blackburn.
The company brought a snow machine and Santa’s grotto to the Christmas party.
Nosheen Majid, deputy headteacher of Lammack Primary School, said: “Miller Homes really made our children’s day with their kind donation of the grotto and snow machine.
“It was magical to watch the children play in the snow, and I’m sure this was a party they won’t be forgetting for a long time.”
After enjoying playing in the snow, the pupils were able to visit Santa in his grotto and get a present to take away with them.
Miller Homes frequently makes donations and shows signs of goodwill towards charities, schools, community centres and youth zones.
Miller Homes is currently building homes at Millrose in Blackburn.
The development is made up of three and four-bedroom homes.
