KIND workers gave up their own time to give out hats and scarves and serve soup and sandwiches to homeless people.
Staff from Merseycare Whalley Specialist Learning Disability Division collected warm clothing before taking to Blackburn's streets.
John West said: “My colleagues and I collected clothes, hats, scarves, gloves, sleeping bags, and served hot soup, sandwiches, cookies and drink to the homeless.
“It was a huge success and we met some wonderful people in need of a helping hand.
“A big thank you to Darren and Linda Sheapard, Ryan Thompson, Rebecca Roe, Lorma West, Heather Smith Landon, Emily Lord and Lorna Trusdale for your help.”
