A LORRY carrying chocolate has caught fire near the M6.
Police have been called to the A556 near the M56 and the M6, near Northwich, after the lorry burst into flames.
A Police spokesman said: "Police currently dealing with an HGV fire on the A556 near to the M56 towards the M6, all lanes blocked, driver safe and well.
"For info HGV was laden with chocolate."
Delays are expected for a while as the fire service deals with the blaze.
