Bonfire night revellers can rejoice tonight, as the skies will not fall upon the fire.
According to the Met Office, this evening's forecast for Blackburn is due to be mainly dry, with temperatures falling to around five degrees.
There's little chance of rain too as meteorologists have predicted only a five percent chance the heavens will open and ruin all the firework fun.
And it's much the same for Burnley and other parts of East Lancashire too, with lights clouds and a moderate breeze forecast.
The BBC weather website states: "Tonight will be dry with clear spells. Becoming chilly with the chance of a few fog patches forming as the brisk northerly wind eases."
