This car was found to have no insurance
A DRIVER who borrowed her friend's car to get a takeaway returned to find the police seizing it.
A woman drove her friend's motor to pick up the take away in Fletcher Street last night. But her quick trip was costly — by the time she returned to the car, police were booking the vehicle.
Traffic officers found that the red Toyota Yaris had no insurance. They seized the car and reported the driver.
GMP Traffic wrote on Twitter: "Toyota Yaris stopped Fletcher Street Bolton.
"Driver had borrowed her friend's car to grab a take away. She should've checked the insurance first... none found!
"Vehicle seized and driver reported."
