AN arts' centre has revealed the first instalment of its festive programme after crafting a double dose on half-term fun.
The Boo in Bacup Road, Waterfoot, will show family film 'Nativity!' On Sunday December 1 with a free Christmas-themed craft before both the regular screening at 3pm and the captioned screening at 6pm for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.
It follows a showing of Disney's 'Toy Story 4' with cinemagoers having the opportunity to create their own their very own ‘Forkies’ on Wednesday October 23.
The following day The Boo’s café was packed with families for a free Hallowe'en Mask Crafternoon.
The centre's Michelle Darwin said “We were really shocked by the turn out for the Hallowe'en Mask Crafternoon. We had families queuing for tables and we must have had 70 people through making masks. The level of skill and ideas by the families coming through was truly amazing they all created fantastic masks."
