A WOMAN and a baby have been involved in a car crash.
Paramedics and police were called to the corner of Hyndburn Road and Electricity Street in Accrington at 2.40pm today after two cars collided.
A police spokesman said the woman and baby inside one of the cars did not go to hospital, however the driver of the other car went to hospital as a precaution.
The road is currently congested with traffic and it is advised to avoid the area.
A motorist at the scene said: "I didn't see the crash directly but I saw a baby inside the car.
"I hope everyone involved is okay."
