OUTDOOR clothing and footwear specialists Whalley Warm and Dry have been named in a national list roll call of Britain's best small firms.
The store, in the Ribble Valley town's King Street, is featured on the 2019 Small Business Saturday Top 100 listing.
Prepared by the Federation of Small Businesses it is a nationwide compilation of the best independent firms.
The family-run retailer will now feature in the FSB's publicity and marketing in the run up to its annual Small Business Saturday on December 7.
Owner Jon Smith said: “We are very pleased to have been chosen by the judges to be part of this campaign championing small businesses. Being chosen is a wonderful recognition of Whalley Warm and Dry’s commitment and passion."
FSB Development Manager Paul Foster said: “It is a great success for Whalley Warm and Dry to make the Small Business Saturday Top 100 list and we congratulate the whole team on their achievement.”
