Traffic lights at Barbara Castle Way in Blackburn
Motorists have been asked to take care when driving down Barbara Castle Way in Blackburn due to a set of traffic lights not working.
The set at the Penny Street/Lark Hill junction are not working.
A Blackburn with Darwen Council spokesman said: "Please drive with caution through this junction as the traffic signals are out of action.
"Contractors are en route to identify the cause and restore.
"As can be seen from the CCTV still, traffic levels are low and traffic is navigating well through the junction."
