A man was taken to hospital after he crashed a car into a building during a police chase.
The 24-year-old, from Blackburn, suffered a facial injuries and a suspected broken ankle after driving a Ford Fiesta into a building on the corner of Bennington Street and Dickens Street, Blackburn, on Sunday at 3pm.
Officers said the road was closed for around three hours for investigation work to be completed.
Sgt Oll Jones said: “If you witnessed the collision or have any CCTV or dash cam footage that might be relevant, please get in touch.”
The collision will be referred to Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
Anyone with information about the collision can call the police on 101 quoting log number 874 of 13 October.
