A FUNDRAISER is being held for a father-of-three who was left paralysed from the chest down in a motocross accident.
The event is being held for Josh Holmes, a scaffolding company owner who came off his bike in August, at The Clifton Arms in Blackburn.
The 29-year-old from Darwen was airlifted to Royal Preston Hospital where it was confirmed he had broken his back, his sternum and had to have two ribs removed.
The event, taking place on Saturday from 3pm, will feature a raffle, auctions, tombolas and entertainment from an indie rock tribute band.
A sponsored bike ride is also set to take place on Saturday morning from Blackpool.
